| Allcast Industries Allcast Industries manufactures a wide range of high-quality ferrous and non-ferrous metal castings for a variety of applications including gas, oil and water infra-structure, rail maintenance, after-market turbo chargers and general engineering purposes in the Australian and global markets. The foundry is mechanised with green sand moulding, chemical sand moulding, shell core making and jobbing moulds. Shell moulding equipment is used to produce moulds for highly detailed castings. The foundry uses six induction furnaces with a capacity range of 300kg, 1500kg and 3000kg to carry out melting. Final metal chemistry is checked using our Optical Emission Spectrometer. Testing for mechanical and physical properties can be arranged at NATA accredited facilities.
